Madisyn Williams, a junior at Hamilton High, won the Division 1 girls pole vault title with a 12-foot clearance (3.66m) at the Arizona Interscholastic Association state championship meet at Red Mountain High in Mesa. Williams was one of four athletes in the competition to achieve a 12-foot performance, but prevailed on fewer attempts.
